- We charge no delivery fee for orders above Rs. 500. Below Rs. 500 order value, there is a charge of Rs. 50. Payment can be done online in our platform (we support payment through UPI) or during delivery. These policies will be reviewed periodically by the company.
- Emami BODYSCULPT to deliver orders in same day or latest by next day. However, in case of any inventory challenges or holidays, deliveries may take time. We will try to make these delays as less as possible to keep customer commitments.
- Delivery areas: Currently, we are providing deliveries all over India.
- Customer Communications: BODY SCULPT sends delivery notifications through SMS and app notification when an order is placed by the customer, when the order is shipped from the store and when order is delivered. Customers can check the notifications for regular updates.
