Due to safety and regulatory considerations, we are unable to accept returns for certain items like nasal sprays, injections, insulin etc. once they have been delivered to the customer. If you have concerns about a medication, please raise during the delivery so that it can be properly addressed.
We also do not accept return for products related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, COVID essential products including but not limited to masks and gloves, sexual wellness products including.
